3. Installing the Exhaust Pipe

Method 1: Standard VerticInstallation al Hard Pipe Assembly Schematic

  • As shown in the diagram, the gap between the back of the incineration toilet and the wall is recommended to be no less than 50MM.
  • According to your installation environment, after fixing the toilet in place, cut the exhaust pipe and intake pipe to suitable lengths.
  • After determining the hole spacing for the exhaust pipe, drill two holes with a diameter of 111MM in the wall.
  • Install the cut exhaust pipe between the incineration toilet and the wall.
  • Then, mark two evenly distributed positions on the wall along the central axis of the exhaust hole center to install two 304 stainless steel clamps.
  • Fix the clamps using M4\12MM countersunk screws in the pre-drilled screw holes on
    the clamps.
  • Place the exhaust pipe into the pre-installed clamps, then tighten the clamp locking screws to secure the exhaust pipe.

Method 2: Standard Vertical Flexible Hose Assembly Schematic

  • According to your installation environment, after fixing the toilet in place, cut the intake pipe to a suitable length.
  • Fix the 304 stainless steel rain cap to one end of the flexible hose using M4 countersunk self-tapping screws.
  • After determining the hole spacing for the intake pipe, drill holes in the wall: exhaust hole 126MM, intake hole 111MM.
  • Determine a position for assembling the 304 stainless steel clamp on the central axis of the exhaust hole center, and assemble the clamp onto the wall.
  • Then, pass the exhaust hose and intake pipe through the holes respectively, fixing them between the toilet and the wall.
  • Fix the rain cap onto the pre-assembled clamp, and tighten the clamp locking screw to secure the rain cap.

Method 3: Side Installation Hard Pipe Assembly Schematic

  • According to your installation environment, after fixing the toilet in place, cut the exhaust pipe and intake pipe to suitable lengths.
  • After determining the hole spacing for the exhaust pipe, you can drill two holes with a diameter of 111MM in the wall.
  • Install the cut exhaust pipe and intake pipe between the incineration toilet and the wall bracket as shown.
  • Then, use M4\12MM countersunk self-tapping screws to fix the guards on the outside of the wall for the exhaust and intake holes respectively (as shown).

3.Testing System Function and Full Machine Performance

  • When the "Start" button is pressed, the incineration cycle will be activated.
  • The estimated incineration time for verification testing is about 60-120 minutes.
  • A complete test can only be finished if there are no fault indications or system interruptions.
  • The toilet must cool down until the fan stops running before it enters standby mode.
  • The cooling phase may take 60-90 minutes.
